TKO Precision Machining’s CNC Vertical Services feature high-performance vertical milling centers, ideal for short-run applications. Our lineup includes multiple Haas machines, capable of handling a wide range of sizes and complexities, up to the extensive capabilities of the HAAS VF-14 mill. This machine facilitates the management of our most ambitious projects with its substantial work area.
Vertical Milling Centers.
TKO utilizes vertical milling centers for their efficiency and simplicity, making them ideal for short-run applications. These centers offer straightforward workholding and are among the easiest CNC mills to program, often not requiring specialized fixtures.
OUR CAPABILITIES.
Our facility includes seven advanced Haas machines, including six VF3SSYT and one TM2P equipped with a 4th axis rotary. These machines boast a working envelope up to 40”x26”x25”, accommodating a broad range of project sizes and complexities.
Largest Vertical Mill.
The HAAS VF-14, our largest vertical mill, expands our capacity with an impressive work envelope of 150″X40″X30″. This allows us to handle our largest projects, providing up to 104 cubic feet of work area with ease.
